35年以上にわたって国内各地の山林を歩き、様々なキノコを採集してきた同センター特産部の増野和彦技師にとって、ぬめりがあって、うまみとコクに富むナメコは大好物だそうです。

産地間競争の激化などで市場価格が低迷傾向にあるナメコの価値を高めようと、「日本で一番おいしいナメコ」を栽培する技術の開発に取りかかったのは2016年度のことでした。

「日本一を掲げるのであれば、多くの人が納得できるよう、おいしさを客観的に表現しなければならない」と感じた増野さんは、農村工業研究所が持つ検査機器に活路を見いだすことにしました。

アミノ酸が生み出すうまみと、口の中でうまみが持続されることで生じるコクがおいしさにつながります。

一方で、テルペン類と呼ばれる物質がもたらす苦み、カテキンやタンニンが元になる渋みは、ナメコのおいしさを邪魔してしまうそうです。

検査機器でこれらを含む5項目を数値化することで、おいしさを客観的に評価できると考えました。

天然物のナメコは、産地によって味や収穫に適したサイズに成長するまでの時間が異なります。

そこで増野さんは、北海道島牧村や青森県むつ市、宮崎県五ケ瀬町など11道県の16地区に自ら足を運び、計80種類のナメコを採集。

そこから種菌を取り出し、人工培養したナメコの味を数値化するとともに、培養から収穫までの時間を調べました。

その結果、80種類のうち、石川県白山市で採集したナメコなど5種類が「おいしさ」で優れていると分析されました。

さらに白山市のナメコは収穫までの時間が最も短いと判明。この種類を元においしいナメコを開発することになりました。

現在は、さらにおいしいナメコをめざして、キノコを育てる菌床の下地に使う素材の改良を重ねています。

また、ナメコは収穫した直後よりも、2週間ほど冷蔵保存したほうがうまみが増し、過度な水洗いをすると苦みや雑味が増すそうです。

こうした特徴を考慮しながら、最もおいしく食べられる保存方法も探っています。

長野県はナメコの生産量が全国トップであるものの、中小規模の生産者も少なくありません。

増野さんは「どこよりもおいしいナメコを栽培する技術が確立できれば、確実に生産者の増収につながります」と話します。

インドネシアの流通業界に起きている革命と、日本に導入された場合のメリットを紹介します（写真：oduaimages／PIXTA）

東南アジアには日本以上に旧来型の「パパママショップ」が残っており、サプライチェーンも複雑だ。が、こうした中、小売業界における非効率さを解決することを目的としたアプリが登場し、小売産業を大きく変えようとしている。本稿ではインドネシアの流通業界に革命を起こしつつあるアプリを紹介し、日本で導入された場合のメリットを、経営共創基盤の共同経営者、坂田幸樹氏著『デジタル・フロンティア 米中に日本企業が勝つための「東南アジア発・新しいDX戦略」』より紹介する。

複雑極まりないサプライチェーン

パパママショップは、東南アジアの国民を支える重要な社会インフラとなっている。たとえば、インドネシアには「ワルン（Warung）」と呼ばれるパパママショップがあちこちに存在し、その数は350万店舗以上といわれている。多くは家族経営で、家族が店主や店員として働いている。また、地域住民が集まるコミュニティーとしての役割も担っている。

しかし、その経営はお世辞にも効率的とはいえない。

一般的にパパママショップは、商品が不足するとほかの小売店や卸売業者から商品を購入する。しかし、ほかの小売店や卸売業者の在庫データが共有されているわけではないので、近くの小売店に行ったところで在庫がなければまったくの無駄足になる。卸売業者に問い合わせても在庫がなければ、その商品はしばらくの間品切れが続いてしまうことになる。

問題をより複雑にしているのが、インドネシアのサプライチェーンが極めて多層化していることだ。1万7000以上もの島に国土が広がるインドネシアにおいて、メーカーや大手商社から直接全国に350万店舗も点在するパパママショップに商品を届けることは現実的ではない。

そのため、インドネシアではメーカーから消費者までの間に多数のプレイヤーが存在している。多層化したサプライチェーンが存在することで商品を末端まで流通させることができるが、以下のような問題も生み出している。

株式配分に「劇的な変化」、中国を悲観し米株にシフト－ＢｏｆＡ調査 - ブルームバーグ

中国経済の失速に対する懸念が投資家の株式配分に「劇的な変化」をもたらしていることが、バンク・オブ・アメリカ（ＢｏｆＡ）の最新調査で示された。資金が新興国市場から流出し、米国に流れ込んでいるという。

　　同行が９月１－７日に実施した調査の対象となったファンドマネジャー222人の運用資産は総額6160億ドル（約90兆6500億円）。ＢｏｆＡによれば、ファンドマネジャーの間では「中国回避」の傾向が強く見られた。近い将来に中国のさらなる経済成長を見込んでいたのは差し引き０％。今年２月の調査で示された78％から急反転となった。

　　調査結果は世界の資金プールで中国の重要性が低下していることをあらためて示唆した。中国当局が信頼回復に向け取り組みを進めるが効果は限定的だ。西側諸国も中国へのエクスポージャーに監視の目を光らせている。こうした状況の中で、投資対象としての中国株の適正について疑問が高まっている。

　　新興国市場の株式配分にも影響が出ており、９月はネットで９％のオーバーウェートと、2022年11月以来の低水準。その一方で、米国株の資産配分は前回調査から29ポイント拡大し、差し引き７％のオーバーウエートとなった。オーバーウエートは昨年８月以来。

　　年初来の米国株のパフォーマンスは世界的な株価を上回っている。Ｓ＆Ｐ500種株価指数の上昇率は17％。これに対し、ＭＳＣＩ新興国市場指数はわずか２％の上げとなっている。

　後半戦で、変化への芽は見えてきた。先発投手では山崎伊、野手では門脇、秋広が台頭。試合前、原監督と話すと、来季への形が見えつつあるような口ぶりだった。坂本を三塁にコンバート。さらに、岡本和を左翼、秋広を一塁という構想も持っているようだ。

　緑豊かな山間にたたずむインドカレー店。人気のランチメニュー「ビジネスターリランチ」は、キーマカレーやシーフードカレーなど日替わり５種から２種類選ぶことができ、ナンとサフランライスが食べ放題＆ドリンク付きで１０５０円。自家製タンドリーソースで味付ける自慢の一品・タンドリーチキンがついたランチもある。２２０℃を超える窯で約２分で焼き上げる大きくてもっちりしたナンを含め「おだてて言ってるんじゃなくて、いろいろ食べるけどここが一番おいしい」とカレー通の客も絶賛する。

　店を経営するのは、生涯現役がモットーの５０代女性店主。「みどり」という名前をもじった「お楽しみぃちゃん」、「ナイストゥみぃちゃん」といった「〇〇みぃちゃん」というオリジナリティーあふれるフレーズと、本格的なコスプレやきらびやかなドレス姿で客を出迎える。

　インドカレー店をはじめたのは「カレー、毎日食べたいのね」というシンプルな理由から。現在は精力的に働いているが、２０代の頃に病気を患い、一時は歩くことすらできない日々を送っていたという。そんな辛い日々を乗り越えたこともあり、「死ぬまでインドカレーをやりたい」と意気込む。迎えた店の２０周年パーティーではコスプレ大会を開催。果たして店主はどんなコスプレに挑戦したのか！？

［東京　１１日　ロイター］ - 読売新聞による日銀の植田和男総裁へのインタビューで早期の政策修正思惑が浮上し、１１日の東京市場は動揺した。市場では、植田総裁のタカ派的な発言の裏には８月の岸田文雄首相との会談を境に変化した政府の日銀政策への「期待感」があるのではないかとの見方が出ている。一方で、植田総裁の認識が変化したと判断するのは早いとの声もある。こうした中、日銀は共通担保オペ実施を発表、金利上昇をけん制する動きを見せた。

＜政治との間合い変化の思惑＞

植田総裁はインタビューで、来年の賃金を巡って、十分だと思える情報やデータが年末までにそろう可能性も「ゼロではない」と話した。マイナス金利解除について「解除後も物価目標の達成が可能と判断すれば、やる」とも述べた。

海外経済の下振れリスクや企業の価格設定を巡る不透明感など、経済・物価情勢を巡る不確実性が大きい状況で、植田総裁は物価の下振れリスクにも言及したが、市場はマイナス金利早期解除の思惑に飛びついた。

一連の植田総裁発言の真意はどこにあるのか。大和証券の岩下真理チーフマーケットエコノミストは、政治サイドへの重要なメッセージが込められているとみている。８月２２日、植田総裁は岸田首相と会談したが、岩下氏は「為替動向について認識を共有したのではないか」と指摘。物価高対策の観点で、政府の日銀に対する期待が変化し「最も有効な円安対策として、金融政策の正常化を進めるとの考え方が強まった可能性がある」とみている。

この点に関して、ある与党幹部の側近も、物価安定への責任は日銀にあるとの認識を示し、「物価対策の本命は円安修正だ」と話している。

岩下氏は、７月会合以降の岸田首相と植田総裁の会談や原油高・円安、植田総裁のインタビューを受けて、政策修正の予想時期を変更。従来、２０２５年半ば以降としてきたマイナス金利の解除を２４年４月に前倒しした。

来年１―３月期には今年度後半の物価の鈍化ペースや来年の春闘に向けた勢いが確認できることから、「早ければ来年１月の展望リポート発表時に物価の判断を修正する可能性がある」と指摘。来年４月に２％物価目標の達成を宣言して、マイナス金利解除に踏み切ると予想している。日銀が為替動向に配慮するなら「前倒しの政策修正となる可能性も念頭に置く必要がある」とする。

＜植田総裁の見解変化に慎重な見方も＞

植田総裁のインタビュー記事を受けて政策修正の予想時期を前倒しする動きが出る一方で、早期修正や植田総裁の見解の変化に慎重な見方も出ている。

三菱ＵＦＪモルガン・スタンレー証券の鶴田啓介シニア債券ストラテジストは、植田総裁のインタビューについて「マイナス金利解除を物価の見通しベースで判断することや、判断材料が出そろう時期について年末の可能性もゼロではないとした点は新しい」とする一方、マイナス金利の早期解除の「蓋然性が高まっているかどうかは今後慎重に考える必要がある」と話す。

ＳＭＢＣ日興証券の丸山義正チーフマーケットエコノミストも１１日付のリポートで、植田総裁はリスクバランスが上振れ方向に変化したニュアンスを示す一方で、「同時に下振れリスクを引き続き重視するニュアンスも提示した」と指摘。「植田総裁の認識が変化したとの把握は早計」とコメントしている。

しかし、市場は政策修正の思惑から円高、株安、債券安で反応。思惑先行の動きが出る中で、日銀は午後に入って５年物共通担保オペを１４日に実施すると発表し、金利上昇をけん制した。

三井住友トラスト・アセットマネジメントのシニアストラテジスト、稲留克俊氏は「金利上昇を止めるというよりも、上昇スピードを緩める狙いだ」と指摘する。

＜審議委員も見解にばらつき＞

８月３０日から９月７日にかけて相次いで発言機会があった４人の日銀審議委員の間では、物価観やマイナス金利解除の仕方を巡って見解が大きく分かれた。

田村直樹審議委員は、物価目標は「はっきりと視界に捉えられる状況になった」とし、来年１－３月期には物価目標実現への「解像度が一段と上がる」と発言。中村豊明審議委員は中小企業の賃上げ原資確保につながる「稼ぐ力」の強化の進捗はなお不透明で、２％物価目標の達成に「確信を持てる状況には至っていない」とした。

日銀では見解のばらつきについて、経済や物価の不確実性が高い局面特有の現象との受け止めが出ている。マイナス金利の解除についても、解除の時期が近いなら委員ごとの解釈や発言も収れんしていくはずだとの見方が聞かれる。

市場では、今回の総裁インタビューをきっかけに「マーケットは物価目標達成を連想しやすい材料に今までより反応しやすくなるのではないか」（大手証券）との声も出ている。

経営体制に変化の兆しか――。9月7日、キヤノンが取締役人事を発表した。この人事は2024年3月に開催予定の株主総会を経て正式に決定される。その後発足する新体制には2つの注目点がある。女性取締役の誕生と社内取締役の若返りだ。

キヤノンにとって初の女性取締役になるのは伊藤明子氏。元消費者庁長官で、現在は伊藤忠商事の社外取締役を務める。元最高裁判所判事の池上政幸氏、元環境省環境事務次官で保険代理店FPパートナーの社外取締役である鈴木正規氏とともに、社外取締役候補となった。

「よくも悪くもカリスマが率いており保守的な会社だが、さすがに『株主のノー』は効いたのでは。変革も必要、と見方を改めたのだろう」（同業他社の社員）

これまでキヤノンは、出自、性別、学歴といった属性ではなく、「実力主義」に基づく人材登用を行ってきた。女性取締役の不在も、その結果にすぎないとの考えだった。だが、そのスタンスに株主は「ノー」を突きつけた。

御手洗氏が｢あわや退任｣の事態

今年3月のキヤノンの定時株主総会。会長兼社長CEOである御手洗冨士夫氏は「あわや取締役退任」という事態に見舞われた。御手洗氏の取締役再任への賛成率はまさかの50.59％。ぎりぎりの再任となったのだ。

御手洗氏再任への賛成率は、2021年までは約90％だったのが2022年には75％に急低下した。海外機関投資家を中心に、女性取締役の不在を理由に、代表取締役である御手洗氏に反対票が投じられるようになったことが背景にある。

この流れが国内の機関投資家にも及んだ。野村アセットマネジメント（AM）や大和AM、日興AM、東京海上AMなどは、昨年は御手洗氏の再任に賛成じたにもかかわらず、今年は反対へと回った。

　幼少期に生き別れになった「ノゴーン・ベキ」ことテントのリーダーで、父親の乃木卓（役所広司）に再会した乃木憂助（堺）は、テントメンバーと信頼を形成していく。だが、第７話で憂助が狙撃したはずの別班員４人が生存していることが判明。卓らは憤り、別班員の黒須（松坂桃李）は思わず「乃木さん？」とぼうぜんとし、つぶやいた。

　これまで黒須は、仲間を狙撃する裏切り行為の判明後、憂助を「あんた」「おまえ」「てめぇ」などと呼び、ののしってきた。だが、裏切りが勘違いだと知った途端、敬いを持った「さん」付けに変化した。

　ネット上では「別班四人が生きてるとわかって乃木さんに呼び方を戻す黒須のピュアさが可愛い」「露骨に呼び方を変えたのが不覚にも笑ってしまった」「最高に面白い」「うずまく感情の変化が見えた」「日本中がこれ思ったはず」との好反応が散見された。

　ジャニーズ事務所が7日、都内で会見を行い、藤島ジュリー景子社長（57）が退任し、少年隊の東山紀之（56）が新社長に就任することを発表した。ジャニー喜多川前社長の性加害問題を調査していた外部専門家による「再発防止特別チーム」が、ジュリー氏の退任を提言していた。井ノ原快彦（47）もダークなスーツ姿で出席した。現在、ジャニーズJr.の育成などを手掛ける「ジャニーズアイランド」の社長。

　ジャニー氏の性加害が分かった後での思いの変化を聞かれると「僕は小学生の時のジャニーズに入り、たくさんの仲間に出会い、マナーや礼儀作法を教えてもらったことに感謝していた。（性加害が分かり）表の顔と裏の顔があったことが怖かった。今、2年間に何回とか…と訴えている方がどんどん出てきている。ショックです」とし「何てことをしてくれたんだ。いい加減にしてほしい」と現在の心境を強い言葉であらわにした。そして「（ジャニーズアイランドの社長として）小さい子供たちを見ていると、3カ月でも踊りがうまくなったり、間違ってもみんなでかばい合っている姿を見ると、裏切れない。社長に急になり、（以前は）ジャニーさんならどうするかと思ったことがあったけれど、ジャニーさんならどうするかと考えることが一番危険。自分が信じてきたこと、信頼できる人を何人も置いてやっていくぐらい子供を見るというのは責任のあること。子供たちに同じ思いをさせたくない」と語った。

　また、記者からファンへの思いについて聞かれると「僕はタレントと社長としての立場なので複雑です。社長としてはファンの皆さんが、どんな気持ちでライブにきてくださっているのか、どんなに前からチケットを取り、移動して、おしゃれをして見に来てくださっているのか、そういったことを考えて、ステージに立ちましょうと言っている。僕は所属して35年たちますが、ファンの皆さんとともに（タレントは）歩んで行くんだと思います。これ以上がっかりさせることのないよう、権力、風通しの話がありましたが、たくさんの大人たちの目で見ていきたい」と答えた。

　過去に自身が性加害問題について知っていたかについては「噂は知っていた。そういった空気はあった。ただ、当時は踊りがうまくなりたい、デビューしたいという気持ちだった。言い訳になるかもしれないけれど、小学生、中学生だった自分が、そういう噂を聞いたぞと言わなかったことを後悔していますが、得体の知れない、触れてはいけない空気がありました」と振り返った。

　昨年10月に事務所を退社した滝沢秀明氏の後任として、「ジャニーズアイランド」の社長に就いている。

明後日9月10日（日）放送の「ダウンタウンのガキの使いやあらへんで！」（日本テレビ系）で、ランジャタイ国崎が「七変化」に挑戦する。

「七変化」は「ガキ使」の出演者やスタッフが企画会議をしている中に、挑戦者が7回変装をして乱入し、どれだけ笑いをとれるか競う名物企画。芸人の力量が問われるシンプルなルールであるがゆえ、挑戦者に極度のプレッシャーがのしかかることでもおなじみだ。

資源エネルギー問題への関心が高まり、｢世界エネルギー地図｣が変化する今こそ、日本再生の大好機であるといいます（写真：metamorworks／PIXTA）

ウクライナ侵攻以降、資源エネルギー問題への関心が高まっている。世界的な地球環境保全や脱炭素の流れの中で、今後、日本の資源エネルギー政策はどうあるべきか。また、資源で見る世界地図はどう変わるのか。

前回に続き、各紙書評で激賞されている『世界資源エネルギー入門：主要国の基本戦略と未来地図』​を上梓した早稲田大学教授の平田竹男氏に、経済評論家、キャスターとして高い人気を誇り、現在、国際社会経済研究所理事長を務める藤沢久美氏が話を聞いた。

基軸通貨ドルの危機

平田竹男（以下、平田）：前回、ロシアがなぜこれだけエネルギーの主役になれたのかという話をしました。国営企業で積極的に投資し開発したこともありますが、もう1つ、サウジアラビアと組んだということが大きいですよね。OPECのシェアが落ちていって、価格の統制力がなくなったところで、ロシアが入ってきて、再び世界シェアを高め、発言力を高め、価格統制力を取り戻していきました。

つまり、サウジと組んだことで、ロシアが世界の資源価格の決定権を持った。OPECは石油ですが、それと連動して天然ガスの価格が決まるわけですから、世界で最も天然ガスを供給できる国が自分で価格を決められるようになった。これが一番大きかったですね。

現在、ロシアとサウジは切っても切れない関係になっています。それに加えて、サウジは中国とも接近している。ロシアはドル決済を見直し、サウジも中国との貿易を人民元で決済するという動きがあります。つまり、アメリカの強さに裏付けとなってきた基軸通貨ドルが揺らいできている。これは国際政治において大きなインパクトがありますね。

藤沢久美（以下、藤沢）：結局、エネルギーの動向が通貨や覇権にまで影響している。

平田：世界最大のエネルギー輸入国がドルで払わないとなると、影響は大きいですよね。いま中東が大きく変化していて、アメリカの力が完全になくなるとは思いませんが、サウジとロシア、サウジと中国の関係が強くなっていきますので、相対的には低下していきますね。

最近では、サウジとイランの関係修復を中国が仲介したことがニュースになりましたが、中東という地域は、アメリカの仲介・影響力がなくなっていけば、ものすごく大きな力を持つことができる地域になるでしょう。

　自社の戦略の適応力を高めようとする経営幹部は、以下を実行する必要がある。

• 既存の戦略の課題を見極める（「策定期間が長い」「変化への対応が遅い」など）
• 課題の克服に最適なアダプティブ戦略プラクティス（実践方法）を特定する（「できるだけ早く戦略を実行し始める」など）
• 優先順位の高いアダプティブプラクティスを支える適切なビルディングブロック（構成要素）を選択、実装する（「リアルタイムの知見」など）
